Rounsevelle W. Schaum: (Chairman & CEO) is a specialist in the management and financing of emerging growth companies, specializing in developing strategic growth strategies and the negotiation of private placements of debt and equity, and in establishing and maintaining compliance with SEC and federal securities regulations, particularly those related to the Sarbanes-Oxley Act. He is a director and Chairman of the Audit and Compensation Committees of the Quigley Corporation (NASDAQ: QGLY) and was a founder, director and treasurer of Streaming Media Corporation, recently acquired by Akamai. He was also the Chairman and CEO of BusinessNet Holdings Corporation, a director and head of the Mergers and Acquisitions team of Gales Industries, Inc. (OTC:BB “GLDS”), and has served as a crisis manager for Heller Financial Corporation.  He also served on the District Advisory Council of the U.S. Small Business Administration; as Chairman of the California Small Business Development Corporation, and was the founder and Managing Director of the Center of Management Sciences, a consulting firm serving the aerospace industry.  He is a graduate of Phillips Andover Academy, holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Stanford University and an MBA degree from the Harvard Business School.  He was also a member of the faculty and Defense Research Staff at MIT, where he participated in the development of computer programs for the Ballistic Missile Early Warning System.

Paul Brandenburg: (President) has over thirty-five years of experience
in the wireless, satellite, fiber and broadcast communications fields, specializing in start up environments, establishing operations and engineering departments and building sales and marketing organizations, geared specifically to emerging telecom ventures.  Former positions have included: Chief Operating Officer and Chief Technical Officer of international wireless network provider, QTEL Global Networks, Ltd., VP Engineering & Operations for Equity Broadcasting, Chief Operating Officer of Streaming Media Inc, and VP of Engineering and Operations for Advanced Radio Telecom, Co-owner of Educational Telecommunications Services Inc, Senior Vice President and General Manager for ICG Satellite Services, and Director of Marketing & Business Development for Tele-Communications Inc., as well as General Manager of Digital Direct Inc., the competitive access telecom arm of Tele-Communications Inc.  He has a BSEE from Southern Illinois University and a BS in Industrial Management from Governor’s State University.

Clark Reiner: (Executive VP)   Clark joined Newport Capital Partners in 2003. His focus is on private equity and debt financing for start-up, and growth companies in both the public and private sectors.  He also works with clients to establish and service off-shore private and public entities and their investments. He has raised debt financing for real estate development projects in Dubai, financed and helped structure a Mid-East wireless telecom company and works with non-USA based clients in trade finance and asset allocation. Mr. Reiner is also a Principal at Mahler & Emerson Inc., a full service Broker Dealer and Registered Investment Advisor, in Manhattan, that was founded in 1972.  Mr. Reiner was a principal and co-founding partner of Finkle & Eliot Inc., A NASD Broker Dealer that specialized in equity research sales to large institutional buy side firms. Earlier in his career, Mr. Reiner worked as an analyst in the Television Network Finance division of Fox Media and as an analyst in International Marketing and Sales at 20th Century Fox Films.  Mr. Reiner began his career as an assistant in the Private Client Services Group at Goldman Sachs and then became a Vice President at The Bull & Bear Group Inc., a mutual fund management and sales company. He holds an MBA, cum laude, from UCLA Business School and holds NASD licenses 7,6,63,65, 24. He also holds a license in real estate sales in New York State. Mr. Reiner sits on the board of Infodrive Services, a publicly traded company in India and is a member of The Institute of Directors, London. He is a long standing member of the alumni council of St. David's School, attended The Knickerbocker Greys Military Cadet School and was a student of The Fulbright Foundation program at The London Academy of Music And Dramatic Art.

Sammy Boakye: (COO) Mr. Boakye has over 30+ year’s telecom industry experience in wire line, international and wireless operations.  Mr. Boakye has extensive experience in business development, business strategies development, operations management,   engineering and network operations management.   For the past 10 years, he has worked in senior wireless telecom management positions for global companies such as Motorola, Hutchison Telecommunications International Limited – HTIL - and Millicom International of Luxemburg.  Previous positions include: Managing Director–Africa Region for QTEL Global Networks Limited; Vice President & Telecom Consultant   for Tata Infotech Limited of India; Director of Customer Operations for Motorola; Managing Director for Celltel Limited of Ghana (an HTIL of Hong Kong Subsidiary); General Manager-Engineering for Millicom of Ghana; and Manager of International Facility Planning for Sprint.  Mr. Boakye is a naturalized American and a native of Ghana.  He holds a Bachelors degree in Economics, an additional degree in Applied Sciences (Computer Sciences) and an MBA degree in Finance.

Mark Van Wert: (VP Engineering) has been in the telecom industry for over 25 years as a senior network design engineer and in various capacities of executive technology management.  At US WEST (now Qwest) from 1989 until 1994, and at Time Warner Communications (now Time Warner Telecom) from 1994 until 1998, he defined network architecture standards for the deployment of SONET transmission rings and headed up the product selection of transmission equipment, including microwave and fiber optic systems.  From 1999 until 2002 he worked with Integral Access (now part of Telco Systems), a builder of IP gateways and was successful in ramping up initial sales to $15 million in the first year for a major client.  In 1998/99 he helped start a Denver-based engineering organization, and subsequently designed communications centers in New York and London, for USA Global Link, a start-up international long-distance re-seller.  Most recently in 2005, Mark worked as the VP of Engineering for QTEL and designed a country-wide, wireless broadband network that was deployed in Costa Rica on a very tight budget.  Mark has a BSEE from the University of Colorado.

Ben Allen: (VP Operations)  Ben has over 25 years experience in wireless, satellite and broadcast engineering specializing in VSAT, satellite, and broadcast project management, maintenance and operations  Former positions include Director of Studio and Satellite Systems for Equity Broadcasting, one of the largest non-network, private users of satellite space.  Designed and built a multi-channel uplink and central casting facility that is now running over 50 television stations out of one location. Designed and installed a nationwide VSAT system for communication and transfer of video and audio products.  Senior Application Engineer for Application Science and Technology a leading edge provider of remote control and monitoring systems for broadcasters, petroleum and other industries.
