NGT has agreements currently in place with in-country partners to jointly develop nationwide wireless broadband infrastructure in the countries of Guinea, Iraq, Jordan and Yemen.  The company is currently in negotiations to develop similar ventures in up to twelve additional emerging markets in the Middle East, Africa and certain CIS countries in the Caspian Sea region.

Prospective target markets are chosen based on the following factors:

• A demonstrated need to provide telecom solutions in an underserved environment where existing infrastructure is virtually nonexistent.
• The opportunity to team with a strong in-country strategic partner, who can provide the necessary resources in securing spectrum, interface with government and regulatory authorities, and provide “on-site” staffing and support.
• The ability to establish a relatively stable “footprint” in what may be an otherwise volatile region, thus creating an excellent “beach head” for future development into other regions of the Middle East and Africa.
• The availability of a significant number of multinational companies, government, military agencies, SMEs and NGOs to anchor a commercial enterprise.
• A latent potential to support future country-wide expansion supported in large part by the region’s abundance of oil reserves and/or valuable mineral deposits.
